Firstech Launches DroneMobile XC Dash Cam with Integrated Remote Start and Security Features

This is the first dash camera that integrates seamlessly with compatible remote start and security systems, allowing users to monitor their vehicle in real-time directly from their smartphone.
The DroneMobile XC can be used as a standalone 2K QHD dash cam with built-in GPS tracking and LTE connectivity or added to an existing vehicle security and remote start system. When driving, the dash cam continuously records from the moment the vehicle starts until the ignition is turned off. If parked, its security sensors trigger recording upon detecting incidents such as shopping cart bumps, hit-and-run collisions, break-in attempts, or unauthorized towing. Notifications of such events are sent immediately to the user’s phone.

- Real-Time Live View: The latest footage from the dash cam is accessible directly from the DroneMobile app, powered by LTE through AT&T. Users can stream live video of their vehicle from virtually anywhere.
- Secure Cloud Backup: Important videos, once marked as favorites, are securely stored in the cloud for easy access and protection against theft, accidents, or vandalism.
- Compact Design: The sleek profile ensures that the dash cam does not obstruct the driver's view of the road.
- Optional Interior or Rear Cameras: The system supports additional cameras to expand coverage to the vehicle's interior or rear.
- Expandable Storage: The dash cam comes with 64 GB of onboard storage, expandable to 256 GB with a micro SD card, allowing videos to be stored longer before being overwritten.
- Seamless Installation: DroneMobile XC offers vehicle-specific t-harnesses for an easier installation process, even when integrated with remote start and security systems.
The DroneMobile XC Dash Cam is controlled through the popular DroneMobile app, which is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and compatible with Apple Watch, Android smartwatches, Amazon Alexa, and Siri voice assistant. A DroneMobile subscription is required for LTE connectivity, with plans starting at $3.99 per month for control and tracking, and an additional $7.00 per month for livestreaming.
This dash cam is compatible with major aftermarket remote start and alarm systems, including brands like Compustar, Arctic Start, NuStart, and FTX.
