KICKER Expands Truck Audio Lineup with New Tacoma & Ram Subwoofer Enclosures
KICKER is continuing to expand its vehicle-specific audio solutions with the release of new prefabricated subwoofer enclosures designed for select Toyota Tacoma and 5th Generation Dodge Ram trucks. Developed in response to customer and dealer demand, these new enclosures deliver powerful bass performance while maintaining valuable cabin space and a factory-style appearance.
The new Tacoma enclosure marks KICKER’s first dedicated solution for midsize trucks, with more applications expected in the future. Together, these new systems support millions of trucks currently on the road, giving owners an easier way to dramatically upgrade factory audio systems without sacrificing practicality.
Built Specifically for the Toyota Tacoma
Designed to match the contours of the Tacoma interior, the enclosure features:
- Dual 10-inch KICKER Solo-Baric® L7T square subwoofers
- Handles up to 1,000 watts RMS
- Single 2-ohm terminal
- Heavy-duty MDF construction with reinforced internal bracing
- Thick black carpeting for an OEM-style finish
KICKER’s square L7T subwoofers provide up to 20% more cone area than traditional round subwoofers, helping move more air for deeper, harder-hitting bass. The enclosure is engineered to maximize output while preserving interior space, making it ideal for daily drivers and enthusiasts alike.
New SoloX L7XS Competition Subwoofers
KICKER also introduced the new SoloX L7XS series, designed for serious bass enthusiasts and SPL competition builds. Available in 12-inch, 15-inch, and 18-inch sizes, the L7XS lineup combines massive output capability with musical sound quality.
